Telesales Executive - IT Solutions / Shoreditch, UK
Are you currently working in a role where you assist customers day to day and are now looking to build a structured career in sales and business development?
We are partnered with an up and coming organisation in the IT market place in Shoreditch, who are searching for ambitious and career driven individuals to join the business in a trainee sales and business development capacity. No sales experience is necessary; these positions are designed to provide all the necessary training and development to ensure successful candidates get up to speed quickly and effectively.
Established over 6 years ago, our client is an established IT provider in the city who endeavour to provide effective IT, Print and Telecommunications Services and Solutions to businesses of any size. Their partnerships with a number of the world's leading hardware and software vendors, positions them to bring fresh ideas in transforming and simplifying technical processes, with the aim of helping businesses cut costs and ultimately improve workflow.
Whilst going through a period of structured training, you will be joining a team of tenacious and results-driven Telesales Executives, whose sole responsibility is to research, prospect and cold-call new business clients of any size. The aim for the successful candidate is to develop qualified appointments for field-sales consultants to meet with new customers, and occasionally you may be tasked with accompanying these individuals to understand solution-sales methodology.
You will have the group marketing resource at your disposal and be expected to be a company ambassador and role model at all times; upholding core values of customer centricity along with honesty and ethical practice.

Resilience and the ability to handle rejection are key factors to being successful in this position.

Successful applicants will be given exposure of face-to-face sales throughout the first year of employment, with the aim of developing high-performers into field-based sales consultants within a given period but other routes are available. Progression and reward at this organisation are based around personal performance as opposed to length of service.
