My client is seeking A System Administrator for a position to ensure customer problems are promptly resolved to enable client satisfaction. This position is all about developing relationships with clients to maximise future revenue, so excellent customer service skills are a must.

Take calls from 1st to 3rd line remote support when the systems demonstrate issues as well as escalating exceptional issues and problems. Take ownership of customer issuesand resolve in a timely manner. Form string relationships with 3rd party vendorsand manage support calls to them.
