Service Desk Analyst – SC Cleared
£23-25K – IT Services Organisation

A leading IT services organisation is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.  The role will require that you are currently SC Cleared.

  • Working in a service desk capacity providing technical support and resolving any issues within the agreed SLA
  • Escalate any incidents where a first time fix is not possible – escalate to 2nd/3rd line
  • Resolve over 60% of accidents
  • Monitor and resolve incidents whilst ensuring customer satisfaction is high



  • Proven experience of working in a IT capacity
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in providing support on Window OS, Citrix, Cisco Telephony + more (Highly desirable)
  • It is ESSENTIAL that you are SC Cleared
