Service Desk Administrator / 1st line support – Peterborough

I am working with a large organisation based in Peterborough that are seeking a 1st line support analyst to join their team.


Responsibilities include:

· Resolving call queues

· Keeping customers updated

· Logging incidents

· Escalate potential issues


Required experience

· 6 months support experience

· Knowledge of windows applications

· Working to SLAs and KPIs
