Helpdesk Support – Dutch / French Speaking
Business solutions Organisation 

A business solutions organisation is seeking a Helpdesk Support engineer to join their organisation on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to IT hardware/software and must be fluent in either Dutch OR French


  • To provide technical support and identify issues with PC/Laptops & hardware
  • Resolve any issues with Laptops/Tablets via the phone, any issues that can’t be fixed will be escalated to the supplier
  • Provide backup support to additional members of the technical team



  • Experience of working in an IT support capacity
  • General experience of networking issues
  • Previous service desk/call centre experience
  • Strong communication skills and customer relationship skills
  • Must speak fluent Dutch OR French
