Helpdesk Administrator – 3 Month Contract –Spaulding

I am working with a large organisation that is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Helpdesk team to give professional customer service
  • Speaking to customers on the telephone
  • Logging calls

  • Customer service background / Helpdesk experience
  • Carry out general administration duties when required.
  • Excellent communication
