Manage the facilities management and overseeing the other London sites in line with UK/EU legislation, government and Agency policy.
Understanding of property and estate management legislation .
Good understanding of information management.

Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills .
Organisational skills .
Information Technology skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel .
Drafting/report writing skills .

Experience of working as part of a business focussed team .
Experience of analysing information from a range of sources .
Experience of planning/project work and working to tight deadlines .
Experience of contract and supplier management of either commercial or property related contracts.
Estate/Property Management qualification e.g. BTEC Higher Certificate in Estate & Property Management in Government or equivalent practical experience
The Senior Officer Organisational Services post is a specialist role requiring skills knowledge and experience in facilities management (FM) to ensure that the organisation is compliant with is statutory obligations in relation to its premises management. The post holder is intended to be the professional FM lead in the organisations HQ site hosting the Board, a large number of critical functions and the professional face of the organisation.
