Desktop Support Analyst
£23-25K + Bonus

An expanding IT company is seeking an experienced desktop support analyst to join their organisation on a permanent basis.  They are looking to expand their team due to growth within the business.

  • Providing 2nd line support in a managed services capacity – adhering to ITIL processes
  • You will be required to manage the service desk as well resolving issues with all hardware & software raised by customers and in house
  • Ensuring that all tickets raised meet the agreed SLA’s for the customers
  • Deliver a high level of customer service


  • An understanding of ITIL processes
  • Experience of working with Windows 7/8/10
  • Previous hands on experience with Office 365/Office 2013
  • Experience of working in an IT services capacity – desirable


£23-25K + Bonus
