Job Description

Call Controller – £23k – Kent  

We are currently seeking an experienced Service controller on behalf of our client who is a leading Print Management Solutions provider. The main responsibility of the role is to schedule and manage engineer’s diaries whilst delivering a high level of customer service to customers experiencing issues with their printers. Successful applicants will be familiar with customer call handling and logging, organising and planning engineer despatch supported by effective and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities include:-

  • Offering support to Field Engineers and scheduling their workload
  • Logging calls on a CRM system
  • Planning daily workload for engineers and ensuring work time is allocated on CRM 
  • Ad-hock tasks given by Office Manager and Service Managers
  • Dispatching and closing calls on CRM BASE.
  • Keeping Customers updated on call progress.

Person Specification:-

  • Experience of working within a fast paced customer service environment
  • Experience working within the Print Management industry
  • At least 2 years’ experience scheduling engineers
  • Possess strong decision making and prioritisation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines and targets.
  • Have exceptional organisational skills
