Application Support- London- £30,000-£35,000 & on call
A fantastic opportunity to join a real market leader in IT Cloud Based Consultancy. The client specialise in SharePoint and Office365 solutions, they have a long list of instantly recognisable clients and are ideally located in a modern London office with fantastic transport links. There are good opportunities to progress within the company and develop existing skill sets and learn new ones.
The role requires an Application Support analyst to assist with specialist 2nd line support on applications ran on SharePoint and Office365.

You will be;

  • Currently working at a Microsoft Partner
  • Knowledgeable with MS Exchange Mail
  • Experienced with Office365 and SharePoint patching
  • Experienced with troubleshooting Office365 and SharePoint issues
  • Motivated to learn new technologies and develop new skills
  • Hands on experience with Office365 and SharePoint (Group permission, Syncing Files, Sharing Documents)

Role Requirements

  • Provide 2nd line specialist support for SharePoint and Office365 Applications
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high quality fixes
  • Experience with Office 365/Exchange Online/SharePoint administration/soft fixing
  • SharePoint platform/infrastructure support
  • Taking client support calls and logging support tickets
  • Troubleshooting incidents
  • Fulfilling requests and running health checks
