Concept Resourcing is presently collaborating with a dynamic and expanding provider of IT Managed Services in the pursuit of a skilled Cloud Services leader. This individual will contribute to the bolstering of current technical teams and facilitate the realization of growth objectives.

Our partnering organization is on a compelling journey to establish and amplify their expertise in cloud managed services and consultancy, simultaneously propelling transformative initiatives for our clients in the cloud realm.

In this role, you will assume a pivotal role in the oversight of our client's consultancy and managed services practices, ensuring the seamless delivery of top-tier IT support services. Operating with a direct line of reporting to the executive board, your responsibilities will encompass the adept management of support personnel spanning from Level 1 to Level 6. Your primary focus will be on formulating innovative cloud strategies tailored for enterprises poised for future readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative cloud strategies by understanding client businesses and industry trends, with a focus on managing technical teams and stakeholders.
• Review incident flows and metrics continuously, swiftly resolving issues to improve service quality and minimize risks, ensuring effective technical team management.
• Collaborate with team leads and engineers to build high-performing teams in a complex, systems-driven environment.
• Work closely with the sales team, actively participating in end-to-end project delivery, and oversee ongoing projects, emphasizing streamlined management of technical teams in cloud projects.

• Proven success in building and developing managed service and technical teams.
• Track record of garnering support for consulting solutions and driving sales commitments.
• Leadership emphasizing clear service excellence direction and innovative process maturity.
• Championing and leading ITIL service support, adapting service strategy with ITIL principles.
• Effective escalation point for client support, responding proactively and professionally.
• Ownership and leadership of Change Advisory Board, controlling client environment changes.
