Digital Project Manager - £40k - £55k - Slough, Berkshie, Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in office)

We are looking for an experienced Prokect Executive / Project Manager with Agency-side experience to work with clients and the internal teams on the smooth delivery of complex projects.

The opportunity:

As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the agency's success. You will be the bridge between their clients and their talented and highly skilled design team, ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly and client expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Project Oversight: Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our creative design team, providing them with clear briefs and ensuring their work aligns with client objectives.
• Expectation Management: Manage client expectations effectively and provide strategic guidance to clients.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality delivered meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Hybrid Working: Embrace their hybrid working model, spending 2-3 days per week in their vibrant office environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Executive or Project Manager in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and client delivery skills.
• Strong customer focus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• A passion for creativity and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
