Strategy Director

Strategy Director - London/Remote - £80,000 - £90,000

I am working with a well- established branding agency, currently growing their Strategy team, looking for an experienced Strategy Director.

You will identify opportunities for their branding and innovation clients, carrying out research, new products and branding and packaging design.
It is a great opportunity to showcase your Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods experience, train and support Senior Strategists and play a key role in new strategies and ideas moving forward.

You will be joining a company with a range of global clients and a flexible working model. You will go into the office a couple of times a year, with the option to go in more if wanted, however it wouldn't be obligatory. You will also get the opportunity to occasionally travel across Europe.
In this role you will benefit from the companies no management mentality, where you are trusted to work the hours necessary outside of the company core hours to get the work done.

What you'll do as a Strategy Director:

• Lead initiatives from ideation to delivery
• Train and support Senior Strategists
• Identify opportunities for clients for new products, branding and packaging
• Plan and execute workshops
• Research ways to engage stakeholders and convert into action
• Deliver presentations to current and prospective clients
• Develop and enhance product and brand concepts

What you'll bring as a Strategy Director:

• 10+ years FMCG sector experience
• 5+ years Innovation experience
• Expertise in brand consulting and strategic planning
• Pro-active attitude
• Strong presentation skills - keynote skills a plus
• Ability to create new ideas and concepts
• Experience leading and training senior team members
