The Role: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager. Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects in the North of England. This is a remote-based position with occasional travel to our headquarters in Wombourne, West Midlands, for training and management interactions. The projects involve installing factory-built equipment in healthcare and custodial environments, ranging from superficial uplift programs to complex installations as a sub-contractor to national construction organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects, typically ranging in value from £5,000-£250,000.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, including site survey, coordination with sales agents, H&S management, customer liaison, financial reporting, and project timeline management.
• Hand over completed projects to the Aftersales team.
• Handle project financial processes, including invoicing, applications, sub-contractor valuations, and payments.
• Utilise project management methodologies and produce weekly status updates.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hold SMSTS or equivalent safety qualification/site accreditation.
• Experience in Fire Alarm, Nurse call or data communication systems.
• Previous project management experience in a construction environment, preferably with electrical or IT fit-outs and refurbishment projects.
• Familiarity with site protocols and H&S procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to read drawings/CAD.
• Full clean driving license and DBS clearance.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours as required by the project.
