EUC Engineer - up to £35k DOE - Bristol
I have partnered with a world leading MSP who are looking for an exceptional EUC engineer to join their team to continue their best in class service for everything EUC related.

Key Responsibilities:
- Incident ownership and management
- Second Line support for software and hardware fault resolution
- Installation, moves and addition services in relation to IT equipment on customer sites
- Configuring of software applications and images
- Update of all incidents and requests in the call handling system
- Monitor & support Video Conferencing equipment
- Ensure every effort is made to meet the SLA commitments
- Planning and direction of own activities with minimal management
Key Skills/Experience:
- Good overall IT background
- Experience with hardware and software support
- Able to manage workload effectively
- Be customer orientated and be able to communicate effectively
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Desktop operating systems
