Field Service Engineer (photocopiers)

What will your day to day responsibilities be?

• Service, repair & maintenance of MFD's
• Achieve high first time fix level for calls
• Deliver high levels of customer service & product training
• Manage vehicle stock
• Covering the areas of Peterborough / Cambridge

Requirements

We will consider any experienced photocopier or any electro - mechanical break -fix engineers living within the specified areas and who can offer

• Strong customer facing skills and experience
• Theoretical and practical experience of industry and best practices
• Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
• Proven technical experience
• Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
