Field Service Engineer

Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for engineers who have either ATM, Banking and General IT experience to be trained on the company's full range of equipment across banking, retail and hospitality sectors.

We are looking for engineers in the following areas:

• Blackburn
• Preston
• Lancaster
• Wigan

The Role:

• Repairs, maintenance & installation of ATM/IT products within your assigned region
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and replace components on equipment such as PC's, workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems, ATM's and kiosks
• Installation of cable, staging and testing of equipment
• Build working relationships with customers
• May require prolonged travel, carrying / lifting tool kit / parts of varying weights
• May require bending, squatting, kneeling, walking, standing & sitting for long periods of time
• The role requires the ability to work on your own with minimal supervision and to be able to manage your time effectively and pro-actively

Working Hours

• Shift based work covering 42.5 hours per week
  • Scheduled between 7am - 11pm, rota provided 3 months in advanced.
  • Monday - Sunday (two days off per week)
  • Weekend working is every other weekend

The Essentials

• Full Manual UK Driving License
• Must be able to pass PES4 & 3 year reference check- Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
• Right to work in the UK
• Good written & excellent verbal communication skills across all levels
• Good time management and organisation skills
• Confident using electronic computer devices
• Flexible working shifts as will be required to work early / late shifts with weekend / rotating shifts
