Role - Modern Workplace Practice Lead

Salary - £90+100k + package + bonus = £120-140k OTE

Location - London, hybrid working

Concept Resourcing are working closely with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who are actively looking to recruit a proven manager to take ownership of their Modern Workplace practice, primarily focusing on M365 and EUC technologies.

This would be an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on a strong managerial and commercial background, wanting to take on a challenge of growing a team and driving revenue for one the UK's most reputable MSPs.

The Role

• Lead an established team of solutions architects and presales specialist, responsible for day-to-day line management, strategic decisions, and delivering profitable outcomes
• Drive exceptional performance within the team, providing coaching and development, and performance management
• Create business plans, technical roadmaps, and formulate GTM strategy
• Responsible for managing revenue numbers and PnL
• Ownership of pre-sales activity and bids, liaising closely with sales and projects teams
• Act as the escalation point for client support matters. Proactively respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner
• Engaging at C-Suite level both internally and with clients

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven success leading and developing a team, ideally with a Microsoft partner background
• Commercial acumen including experience driving revenue and running PnL
• Previous experience in a managed service provider environment
• Excellent internal stakeholder engagement
• Stay up to date with the Microsoft and wider EUC market
• Demonstratable experience managing and developing under performers
