Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in the exciting world of cybersecurity, overseeing the entire product space and spearheading the development of groundbreaking solutions.
• Nurture and guide a team of 10 brilliant developers, fuelling their growth and fostering collaboration.
• Be the champion of Scrum Agile methodologies, empowering your team to deliver exceptional results through efficient teamwork and project management.
• Take the reins of day-to-day product and engineering operations, from planning and design to development and launch, ensuring our products exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, uniting engineering, design, and sales to achieve product excellence and drive business success.
• Ignite the passion within your team, cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in product management or leadership roles, ideally within the realm of Software as a Service (SaaS).
• A technical background that equips you with a deep understanding of software development processes.
• Familiarity with the captivating realms of cyber security or biometrics is a tremendous advantage.
• Mastery of Scrum Agile methodologies, complemented by experience as a scrum master.
• A self-starter who seizes ownership, showcases initiative, and fearlessly drives projects to success.
• Exceptional leadership skills, blessed with charisma that inspires and motivates teams to reach new heights.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
