Full Time (37.5hrs)
Location in Kent

My Client are an NHS Trust based in the West Midlands and are seeking an eRostering Officer on an initial 3 month contract basis (37.5 Hours) Paying up to £14.25-£17.62 per hour (Inside IR35).

Skills:

  • Degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience in a relevant role
  • Teaching and Assessing qualification or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of the healthcare setting and understanding of the need to provide an effective 24 hour service
  • Knowledge of current issues relating to NHS strategy and policy
  • Substantial experience of using the Allocate HealthRoster suite of applications
  • Knowledge of, and experience in developing IT operational standards and processes.

  • Payroll / ESR / IT experience
  • Administration and implementation of other end user software applications
  • Delivering presentations and training
  • Experience of Data analysis and presenting in a meaningful format
  • Previous eRoster system management
  • To work independently to project timelines and project implementation plan
  • Ability to understand project management and timescales
  • IT literacy skills
  • Report writing / data presentation
    Ability to engage a wide range of individuals
  • Skills of negotiation and engaging team members
  • Able to sensitively yet assertively deal with resistance or conflict of interests
  • Documentation skills to a high standard
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Able to manage own time and work load
  • Able to prioritise workload in response to changing demands; able to work flexibly and respond to service needs
  • High level of communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience; experience of delivering training to different audiences
