Job Title: Systems Analyst- Professional Services
Location: Fully remote
Salary - £40,000-45,000 per annum + package
Concept Resourcing have partnered with a leading IT Managed Service Provider to recruit an experienced Systems Analyst to be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and advancing the company's Professional Services Automation systems. The main system used will be Kaseya Autotask, but can consider someone with a background from a similar system.
Excellent training and progression opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance and advancing the company's PSA and connected applications (CRM, CPQ, HR, and Accounting)
- Act as the in-house expert for Kaseya Autotask
- Responsible for all data related issues
- Support both technical and business staff from a support and project perspective
- Keep the Cloud PSA application up to date and responsible for any advancements
The Ideal Applicant
- SME in Kaseya Autotask or a similar Cloud PSA application such as: FinancialForce PSA, Kantata Cloud, or Connectwise PSA.
- ITIL Certified
- Experience overseeing full project lifecycles from a systems analyst capacity
