Recruitment Consultant - IT - US Market - £80-100k OTE

Location - Two options: Remote / Home-Based OR Dudley HQ (Hybrid working model)

Concept International are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join their International IT Division.

This area is a key growth area for the Concept Group and represents the chance to become either one of the biggest billers in the company or grow and lead a division.

The key focus will be placing IT professionals in the United States in the Public Cloud space (Azure / AWS / GCP).

This is a genuine opportunity to earn £100k+ OTE

Profile:

You will have a min. of 2 years recruitment experience, gained as a specialist within the technology market - experience in the international market highly beneficial. You will be self-motivated with the ambition and drive to develop a strong market presence. You should be able to demonstrate success through achievement against previous revenue targets and development of business relationships (both candidates and clients). You must have ability for business development, key account management and delivery.

The Package

• Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
• OTE: £80-100,000
