Hi, what is your role at Concept?

My role is a recruitment consultant, mainly specialising in the fire & security sector.

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far?

I have only been at Concept for a few weeks, but so far, I love it. It’s been a massive career change for me, but I’m very excited about the future.

Why do you love recruitment?

Recruitment is a very fast-paced job. Your mind is always active & it doesn’t get boring. I love the challenges of finding the best candidates possible for our clients.

Why Concept? 

Concept is full of recruiters/managers that are always on hand to help, nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Concept is a fantastic place to work with an unbelievable amount of experience in recruitment from top to bottom.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Football (mostly watching), as my list of injuries in playing the sport has become too long! I love to play golf (try to anyway), but the weather has got to be right for that.. dry & a minimum of 20 degrees!

Finally, if you were a film character, who would you be?

Happy Gilmore – I can only imagine what it feels like to drive the ball as far & straight as he can!
