Operations Director – Public Sector 20 yrs IT & PPM Digital Resource
Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.
20 years in the Public Sector, predominantly within the IT Contract space. Managed teams in both the Contract and Perm space in both the SME and Corporate environment. Built a successful health contract division whilst working at LA International that continues today.
Why do you love recruitment?
Working with customers to build solutions and services to their resource challenges. Identifying opportunity and developing ways of working. I love seeing recruiters develop on their journey and their success as they grow.
Why Concept?
The journey it's on – the growth opportunity and developing something that has a good footprint in the marketplace and improving our customer/candidate journey.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Spending time with family and friends and the dog, travelling, cooking for friends.
