With an 18 year tenure working for a global recruitment firm, Matt joined the business in 2017 as Managing Director to drive Concept Resourcing’s ambitious growth plans.
Performance management responsibilities rest in Matt’s capable hands. His background as a Finance Director for a Private Equity business gives him an edge where profit growth is concerned and, paired with his unique flair for sales, Matt is perfectly placed to take the business to new heights.
Initially drawn to the business because of its unique approach to recruitment, Matt shares a passion for providing a true recruitment partnership to clients and always strives for the business to do much more than simply fill roles.
