Hi, What is your role at Concept?

I work within the Procurement and Supply Chain team

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far.

I joined Concept with 2 years prior experience within commercial recruitment in a high street agency. I came into the business originally working within the IT Contract Department but have now moved over to work within Business Support, which is a division I am hoping to grow.

Why do you love Recruitment?

Every day is different in this industry and new challenges arise all of the time; I enjoy working closely with both candidates and clients on a daily basis and building relationships with new people. The best feeling in recruitment is knowing that you have made someone’s day by securing them the role that they want!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family and friends and going out and trying as many new restaurants as I can.

Finally, if you were a film character who would you be?

Tinkerbell – on first impressions I am quiet and delicate but can be a bit of a tinker!
