Hi, what is your role at Concept?
I’m Operating Director at Concept, in charge of our Field Engineering and Corporate Functions divisions. I’m responsible for overseeing the strategy and growth of these two teams and the business overall.

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far.

I joined the business after working for a large corporate recruiter, I was ready to join a smaller business where I would be able to make a real impact and help support my team into their next phase of growth.

Why do you love Recruitment?

It’s a people facing dream! I love understanding the needs of both client and candidate then matching to bring a positive conclusion.

Concept is a fantastic business which is a true market leader across the sectors we specialise in.  Our people are passionate about our clients and candidates and that’s very much my ethos!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Anything active! Sports: Football, golf, running, tennis… you name it! Also, like many I love a trip to the cinema and cooking.

Jimmy Neutron… an unfortunate lookalike.
