Hi, What is your role at Concept?
I’m a consultant on our Sales team specialising in the recruitment of experienced business development and account management personnel into the field engineering sales market.
Tell us about your journey at Concept so far.
I've been in sales for nearly 10 years, I transitioned over to recruitment back in 2018. My experience so far has been great, plenty of training the people have been very welcoming and the the socials have been good fun!
Why do you love Recruitment?
Recruitment is fast paced and extremely rewarding. There is also great job satisfaction in helping candidates become successful in their career.
A friend introduced me to Concept and I loved the company ethos and work hard play hard mentality. They offer great incentives and a competitive commission structure alongside an extremely transparent progression path.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I’m usually playing rugby for my local side Handsworth Rugby Club, I have represented the first XV consistently for the last 9 Years. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends and the occasional DIY project!
