Hi, What is your role at Concept?

My name is Jack and my role at Concept is Business Development Manager. I look to onboard new clients for Concept, primarily within the Technology and IT sectors.

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far.

I am early on in my Concept career, but I have already been able to learn plenty and feel like I am fitting in well. Having spoken with a lot of the staff I can tell there is a great company culture here. 

Why do you love recruitment?

I love being able to work with people everyday and build relationships with great companies and great candidates. Working with companies from progressive industries is of particular interest to me.

Why Concept? 

I joined Concept to not only get back to doing what I do best (BD), but also to join a company that I feel I can learn from, whilst also using my knowledge to benefit Concept in the short, and long-term. 

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Outside of work you will probably find me either playing football or in the gym. I am a huge Liverpool fan and try get to games when I can. Outside of this I do enjoy playing video games on my PS5.

Finally, if you were a film character who would you be?

I’m a huge Marvel nerd so I would have to say Steve Rogers / Captain America. He is my favourite character so would make sense if I could be anyone it would be him!
