What is your role at Concept? 

I work as an IT Infrastructure Recruitment Consultant within our highly successful Technology team. I focus on placing candidates on a permanent basis.

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far. 

The journey started with the interview process which was well structured and efficient as well as fun and engaging. Upon starting my first day I was welcomed into my team and immediately began shadowing more experienced members of the team. I got on the phone as soon as possible to learn and improve through practice, while all the time receiving at the desk training from my manager and peers. 

Why do you love recruitment?

I love recruitment due to the fast-paced nature of the industry. There is always something to do and you really get out what you put in. You also get to speak to great candidates all over the country who you wouldn’t otherwise get the chance to speak with. There is just so many aspects to the job it really keeps you thinking and on your toes.

Why Concept? 

Concept is a well-established agency, with a great reputation and atmosphere. I first heard about concept when I was speaking to other people in the recruitment industry and recruitment agents who recommended concept in Dudley as a leading company within their space. Couple all this with a table tennis table and you have a great place to work.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Playing tennis, computer games and eating my body weight in nacho cheese
