Hi, What is your role at Concept?

Hi! I am head of the IT Contract team. 

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far.

So far, I am 3 weeks in and really enjoying it. The people and culture seem great, and I’ve had a very warm welcome. 

Why do you love recruitment?

Because of how people centric it is. Whether it’s the team I manage internally, or the candidates/clients I speak to on a daily basis, helping other people is great.

Why Concept? 

It was evident to me from a very early stage that their morals aligned very closely with my own from a recruitment perspective. Concept are on an exciting growth journey and it was something I couldn’t not be a part of. 

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I am an Aston Villa fan, for my sins and have a season ticket as well as go to a handful of away games per year. I also enjoy horse racing (Watching not riding) as well as going to the gym.
