What is your role at Concept?

My role at Concept is to help the team provide the best possible service to our clients by supporting both the Academy and Field engineer teams.

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far.

As I am new to Concept it is a short journey to write about so far but I have already learnt that I have joined an exceptional team with a mentality toward Service Delivery and engineer support that is second to none, and I look forward to being able to add many more chapters to this journey in the future.

Why do you love recruitment?

I come from a technical/operational support background and have been supporting engineers for 15 years, the chance to be involved in the recruitment process as well as ongoing support just made sense

Why Concept?

Put simply, the Academy. I had always wanted to implement something similar whilst in a previous role, to be given the chance to help put people on a new career path as an engineer and support them through the whole process, from new recruit to fully-fledged engineer was too good to turn down.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Climbing, hiking, walking (with or without the dog) and many other activities that involve getting outdoors as often as possible with my family and friends including camping, canoeing, wild swimming and attempting to play Golf.

Finally, if you were a film character who would you be?

Samwise from LOTR, as I spend a lot of time helping people get to where they need to be.
