Hi, What is your role at Concept?

My role is the HR Recruitment Coordinator at Concept; I am responsible for the HR processes and internal recruitment for the business.

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far.

I joined Concept in April 2019 with a background in commercial recruitment but not having worked in HR previously. I am enjoying the journey and learning a lot about new processes and am kept busy with the exciting requirements of an ever expanding business!

Why do you love Recruitment?

I love the variation that recruitment brings, this role allows me to recruit for a positions of all levels from Apprentices through to Management roles so it gives me the opportunity to speak to a variety of people.

Why Concept?

I was drawn to Concept by their forward-thinking attitude; the company really stands out as a one with great ambition and substantial growth potential. The office has a friendly, family feel and since recently starting I have been openly welcomed into the team.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I enjoy getting completely wrapped up in documentaries, as well as going to local gigs and spending time with friends and family. I also play netball and go to the gym for exercise.

Finally, if you were a film character who would you be?

I rarely make it through a whole film so I guess I’d be Sleeping Beauty.
