Hi, What is your role at Concept?

I’m Principal Account Manager on our Field Engineering Projects team. I manage some of our larger accounts delivering ATM, EPoS and IT engineers to high volume projects on a primarily contract basis.

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far.

I joined in 2015 as a Candidate Manager. I was quickly assigned to one of our larger accounts, initially my focus was purely resource delivery but in time I was promoted to Account Manager and became the primary point of contact. Due to my success in growing the account I was promoted again to Senior and then Principal Account Manager. I look forward to further success in the future.

Why do you love recruitment?

I am a very organised person and enjoy that my role includes a full project preparation from initial scope to final delivery and following support. My role is very varied and I like attending assessment/training days and working in partnership with my clients on providing them resourcing solutions for their projects.

Why Concept?

I was drawn to Concept as the office had such a friendly feel. The business was and still is an industry leader within my sector and others. There is also a clear path to progress through the business and develop new skills.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I like going out for food and love to travel when I get the opportunity, New York was a recent favourite holiday of mine. I also enjoy baking and often bring in baked treats for the team – my cookies are infamous in the office.

Finally, if you were a film character who would you be?

I’d say Hermione Grainger from Harry Potter as I’m dedicated, organised and sometimes maybe a little bossy!
