We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality service to our candidates and clients. We track customer satisfaction with a clear complaints process to ensure continuous improvement. 

Our customer satisfaction reports are published each quarter and show our average response scores to a variety of questions regarding the quality of candidates as well as our service levels. We are pleased to announce that responses are consistently 'Good' or above as per our internal KPI.
