The Midlands based recruitment firm has been shortlisted for promoting and supporting creativity amongst employees, maintaining high morale, and increasing productivity. This follows a similar nomination earlier this year in the Express and Star Business Awards for ‘Best Place to Work’.
Founder and MD, Chris Short said: “We’re really pleased to be shortlisted for this award. Ensuring that the team is happy and has a positive working environment is a main priority for us.
“We’ve already been recognised this year for our commitment to developing our employees both professionally and personally in the business arena, so it’s fantastic to have a nomination from within the recruitment industry.”
The recruitment firm, which provides specialist talent across the IT and Engineering sectors, has invested heavily in developing training courses, implementing state of the art software and creating industry leading incentives for its staff.
Short continues: “We work in recruitment, so we understand, possibly better than anyone the value a happy workforce can bring to any business. At Concept we’re continually striving to provide the best working environment for our team; our employee retention rates are better than the industry average and I think that speaks volumes.”
Winners of the Recruiter’s Investing in Talent Awards will be announced on 17 September 2015 at a ceremony in London.
