Concept Resourcing in Final Four for Best Place to Work Award

Concept Resourcing has been announced as one of the final four contenders for this year’s ‘Best Place to Work Award’ in the 2015 Express & Star Business Awards.

The  Dudley based recruitment firm, which is already IIP (Investors in People) accredited, has been nominated due to its outstanding commitment to professional and personal development alongside its continued efforts to create a positive working environment.

Founder and MD, Chris Short said: “I’m delighted that we’ve been nominated as finalists in the ‘Best Place to Work’ award. We’ve always strived to create a positive and proactive culture at Concept Resourcing and it’s fantastic that we’re now being recognised for it.

“Over the years we’ve made huge investments into our people, be that our generous pay and incentive structure, the launch of our new induction and personal development programmes or market leading system integration. Every penny we’ve spent has provided extra support for our employees to achieve their personal and professional goals.”

In a recent employee engagement survey 100% of the workforce at Concept Resourcing agreed that they felt they were a valuable part of the business and that they received the support they needed to provide a good service to clients and candidates.

Short continues: “I’m a firm believer that investing in people is a key driver for business success. Our employee retention rate far surpasses the industry average, and is something that the whole team is extremely proud of.”

All finalists of the Express & Star Business Awards have been invited to the awards night at Wolverhampton Racecourse on June 11.
