Concept Approved for Digital Outcomes & Specialists 4 Framework

Concept Information Technology is pleased to announce its acceptance onto the DOS 4 framework, the fourth iteration of the Crown Commercial Service’s Digital Outcomes & Specialists framework. Under DOS 4, Concept’s specialist technology team will be able to continue providing project and interim consultancy through the Digital Marketplace.

Having replaced DOS 3, the DOS 4 framework serves to make sourcing the right contractors for public sector organisations a more streamlined and well governed procedure. As it has been  operating within government frameworks for over 10 years, Concept consistently does all it can to make supporting its government and NHS client base as simple and efficient as possible.

Matt Gillen, Managing Director of Concept Information Technology had the following to say, “The Digital Outcomes & Specialists framework helps to make the procurement process for interim resource much more straightforward, and the fourth iteration has served to improve customer experience even further.”

He continued, “Having worked with clients in the public sector for a number of years, ensuring that we’re compliant with the latest Crown Commercial Service frameworks is of upmost importance to us as a business. Being named as a supplier on DOS 4 enables us to continue supplying the best minds on the market to all of our valued NHS and government clients going through digital transformations.”

The DOS 4 process will largely remain the same for public sector organisations, with the main changes being supplier-focused. For instance suppliers are now required to declare that they are compliant with the modern slavery act, in addition to other changes in the agreement such as the Intellectual Property Rights clause.
