Concept appoint new Operations Director to help drive further growth
Concept, a leading technology talent specialist, are delighted to announce the appointment of Nicola Copeland, who joins the business as Operations Director.
Copeland has over 20 years in recruitment, and joins with a wealth of experience, predominately within the Public Sector IT space. However, she has also managed contract and perm teams within both SME and Corporate environments. Copeland has a proven track record in IT & Digital Transformation Programmes, where she had successfully delivered service contracts in excess of £2m per annum.
Copeland joins from Adecco, where she held the roles of Senior Business Manager Central Government IT, Digital & PPM, and NHS National Sales Lead. She has previously held senior positions at Uniting Ambition as Client Services Director and Head of Corporate Accounts at Certes Computing.
This is a key appointment for Concept to achieve its ambitions of becoming the leading UK talent specialist in the technology sector.
